This update focuses on notification delivery, user access control and integrations with external systems.
WhatsApp and SMS Notifications for Companions
Messages now reach everyone involved in an appointment, not just the main client.
How it works:
- Companions: receive confirmations and reminders over WhatsApp and SMS when the schedule is configured for it.
- Appointment owner: the user responsible for the appointment now receives notifications as well.
- An alert warns when the owner has no phone number on file, preventing sends that would fail silently.
- The charge calculation per message was corrected to account for each recipient properly.
Integration Webhooks
Team member integrations now emit webhook events, so external systems can track who joins and leaves each schedule.
- Activation and deactivation of integrations now trigger a notification.
- The notice sent now states which integrations the member has.
- Existing users were linked to schedules already in use.
User Permissions and Access Lists
We reviewed access control across several screens so each role only sees what it can actually use.
- View-only roles no longer display menu items they cannot open.
- Fixed adding users to the access list.
- Changing the owner of an appointment type now automatically adjusts the permissions of both the previous and the new user.
Per-Subaccount SMTP Configuration
Each subaccount can now have its own outgoing mail server instead of relying on the main account.
- Email invitations now respect the subaccount SMTP settings.
- The organization identifier was renamed to account key, with its own generation command.
Google Calendar Sync Screen
We reworked the sync screen, with visual updates and fixes to how the integration behaves.
- Events are now filtered by the connected user.
- Before deleting an event in Google, the system checks whether the time slot still has appointments.
- The Google Calendar webhook was adjusted.
Satisfaction Surveys with Role Control
Managing satisfaction surveys now requires a manager role, preventing operational users from changing or removing surveys already in use.
Mercado Pago Payments
The payment screen now carries Mercado Pago branding, with a button adapted for mobile. Automatic account approval was adjusted, and a clear error page is shown when the payment integration fails.
Clients Screen
We added new fields to the record and introduced client consolidation for duplicates, logging every consolidation for later auditing.
Video Link and Payments on Appointments
The appointment detail screen gained a payments section and now allows manually adding the video meeting link, as well as setting the appointment’s initial status.
Editing One-Off Time Slots
One-off time slots can now be edited after creation, including the maximum number of people per slot, with validation errors displayed properly.
Fixes and Stability
We fixed tag validation in message templates, the client date display, access list permissions and the QR code. We also adjusted the creation of extra time slots, plan cancellation and phone number formatting.
