Is the 14-day trial really free?
Yes. No credit card required. After 14 days, choose a paid plan or your account downgrades to Free automatically. You’ll receive a reminder on day 12.
What’s the difference between Individual and Team plans?
Individual plans (Free, Solo, Solo Pro) are for one user. Team plans (Team, Team Pro, Business, Enterprise) include unlimited users from day one with no per-seat fees.
What do coins cover?
On subscription plans, coins cover WhatsApp, SMS and excess storage — channels with real carrier costs. Bookings and email are included. On Pay-as-you-go, bookings (150 coins) and emails (20 coins) also use coins since there’s no subscription fee.
What are the 20,000 welcome coins?
Every new account receives 20,000 AgendaCoins free to explore WhatsApp and SMS. Welcome coins are valid for 90 days from account creation. Purchased coins have a separate 12-month validity.
How does Pay-as-you-go work?
No monthly fee. Unlimited bookings at 150 coins each, emails at 20 coins each, unlimited users. WhatsApp and SMS also via coins. Buy coins when you need them, or set up auto-recharge for a 10% bonus. Ideal for seasonal or sporadic use.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s booking limit?
Your bookings keep working — we never block your business. Each booking above the limit costs 100 coins (about $0.02). If you consistently exceed, the dashboard will suggest upgrading to a plan where it’s cheaper.
How does billing work?
Subscription plans are charged at the start of each billing cycle — monthly or annually. Your cycle runs for 30 days from the date you subscribed. Coin purchases are charged at the time of purchase and valid for 12 months. Upgrades are prorated automatically.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
After cancellation, your data enters a grace period: 90 days for paid plans, 30 days for Pay-as-you-go. You can export everything during this window. After the grace period, data is permanently removed with prior notice.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated pricing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can switch between Individual and Team tracks, or to Pay-as-you-go, at any time.
Is there a per-user charge?
No. All Team plans include unlimited users. Individual plans (Free, Solo, Solo Pro) are designed for one user.
How long is data retained?
Free and Pay-as-you-go: 90 days. Solo: 6 months. Solo Pro and Team: 1 year. Team Pro: 2 years. Business: 5 years. Enterprise: custom. Healthcare, legal and regulated industries should consider Business or Enterprise.
Do coins expire?
Welcome coins (20,000) expire 90 days after account creation. Purchased coins are valid for 12 months from purchase date. You’ll receive a reminder 30 days before any coins expire.
Can I use the API?
Full API access is available from Solo up. Webhooks are available on Solo Pro and Team Pro. Enterprise includes custom integrations and dedicated support.
What about file storage?
Each plan includes storage: Free 100 MB, Solo 500 MB, Solo Pro 2 GB, Team 1 GB, Team Pro 5 GB, Business 20 GB, Enterprise 100+ GB. Additional storage costs 500 coins per GB/month.
What languages is the platform available in?
