Update 06/2026-2

This update centers on the renewed public booking flow and a set of schedule configuration features.

New Public Booking Flow

We launched a new public booking screen and a modernized version of the classic flow. All three screens coexist, and each organization chooses which one to use.

How it works:

  • Classic: the original model, kept unchanged for those already using it.
  • Modern: the same screens as the classic one, with reworked visuals and usability.
  • New: a single, more fluid screen with chained steps.
  • Visual customization panel to adjust the appearance of the chosen flow.
  • Migration is gradual and reversible: no organization is moved automatically.

Schedules now accept fixed video meeting links, distributed automatically across appointments in rotation.

  • Per-schedule setup: each link gets a label and an address.
  • Links are now sent by email, WhatsApp and SMS, which did not happen before.
  • The configuration field became available in the classic dashboard as well.
  • Outlook sync no longer overwrites the configured links.

Reworked Holidays

Holiday setup and application were reorganized.

  • Multi-day holidays now create a single record instead of one per day.
  • The end date field only appears when the holiday is marked as multi-day.
  • Granular selection: when configuring a schedule, specific holidays can be unchecked so they do not block it.
  • Configurations with exclusions get a customized badge in the table.
  • Holidays gained their own menu item, under Schedule.

Schedule Ordering

We created a modal to reorder schedules by dragging and dropping. The chosen order now applies across every screen, every booking flow and the API.

Colors per Service

Each service can now have its own color, and the calendar gained an option to color events by service, making the grid easier to read when there are many types of appointment.

Updates Newsletter

Users can now subscribe to receive email notice of new platform updates, with a record of each dispatch.

Automatic Monthly Credits

Subscriptions can now add AgendaCoins automatically each period, without a manual purchase. The add credits screen offers the monthly recurrence option.

Dashboard Notifications

The dashboard notification system was modernized.

  • Pop-up for new notifications with a short audio alert, shown only when something new arrives.
  • Dropdown and inbox with a new layout, colors by level and quick filters.
  • Sound preference per user, stored on the account.

Appointment Editing

The appointment editing screen was rebuilt and the status became editable there, with the list of allowed statuses. The confirmation email can be resent with the updated comment, and the appointment comment can be edited straight from the calendar.

Cancellation Deadline

We fixed the cancellation deadline field, which was not being saved. A value of zero now means no limit, and the rule became consistent between the portal and the client app.

Settings Screens

The schedule and organization settings screens gained a save bar that follows scrolling, redesigned tabs, standardized fields and a compact header.

Appointment List

The list now shows twenty appointments per page without internal scrolling, and the seven and thirty day shortcuts, which calculated the range backwards, now look ahead. The screen title follows the filtered period.

Fixes and Stability

This release fixed several problems in the booking flow: fields that reported errors from other steps and restarted the process, selects that emptied when the schedule changed, and the screening screen that behaved differently in each mode. In the iframe, days with no available times are no longer clickable. We also adjusted the listing and creation of user groups, the summary of events sent to Google Calendar, the handling of video links when no provider is set, and navigation between the new and old versions of the email template and notification rule screens.
