Update 07/2026

This update advances the dashboard redesign and strengthens the security and reliability of public booking.

Dashboard Redesign

We continued migrating the dashboard to the new visual language, screen by screen, keeping existing behavior intact: the same addresses, the same fields and the same permissions.

Main changes:

  • Screens migrated in this round: team administration, notification inbox, appointment editing, waiting list, services and schedule address.
  • Tables, filters and modals now look the same from one screen to the next.
  • Standardized listings with filters applied automatically and pagination in the footer.
  • Restricted access: the team administration screen is now visible only to owners and administrators.
  • Fixed modal stacking and the stale content that appeared while a modal loaded.

Concurrent Slot Locking

Slot reservation now locks against concurrent requests, preventing two clients from taking the same opening when they book at the same moment.

hCaptcha on the Booking Iframe

The public iframe now requires anti-bot verification before completing a booking.

  • Mandatory hCaptcha on the personal details step, in both iframe modes.
  • Displayed in the horizontal layout, more legible than the previous compact one.
  • Improvements to the iframe configuration screen and to the form fields.

Geolocation Restriction

Schedules can now require the client to be within a defined distance to complete a booking, calculating the distance from the configured coordinates.

Custom Domain and Logo per Domain

Organizations can now register their own domains, with confirmation that the domain really belongs to them. The brand shown on the access screens and public pages now follows the domain being visited.

Higher Service Values

The ceiling for service value fields rose from R$ 9,999.99 to R$ 99,999,999.99, which had been blocking the registration of higher priced services. The equivalent API fields were aligned to the same precision.

Satisfaction Survey by Email

The survey link variable is now accepted in email templates and correctly replaced at send time, which previously blocked the template from being saved.

Incomplete Video Configuration Alert

The active integration check was fixed: previously it was enough for the record to exist, even without an effective connection. Schedules with incomplete video configuration now display an alert.

Reorder Schedules in the Classic Dashboard

The organize schedules modal, released in the new dashboard, became available in the classic dashboard as well.

Onboarding

The step asking whether the account will be used individually or by a team returned to the initial setup wizard, and the unlabeled checkbox on the client details step received the request text that distinguishes it from required.

Fixes and Stability

We fixed client email delivery, which now respects the schedule configuration at every trigger point, and the selection of the responsible account in the Outlook integration, which was sending invitations from the wrong mailbox. We resolved schedules without hour configuration appearing twice on the public link, blocked days still listed as available, the display of time slots on linked schedules with more than one opening, and the service field, which switched incorrectly between single and multiple selection. We also adjusted saving settings on schedules without registered services, the date generation routine and capacity limits per service.
