Update 09/2026

This update improves how the calendar reads, expands the new dashboard and fixes points in the Google Calendar and Mercado Pago integrations.

Time Slots with Several Openings on the Calendar

In schedules that accept more than one booking per time slot, the new dashboard calendar now shows each client in the slot, not just the count of openings.

  • One strip per client: name, status and phone number for each booking in the slot.
  • Remaining openings shown on partially booked slots.
  • Hovering shows the full list of clients in the slot, in the week, day and month views.

Buffer Time Separated from the Booking

When a schedule has extra time between appointments, the buffer no longer appears as if it were another booking for the same client.

  • The buffer has its own look, shows which appointment it belongs to and how many openings are left in the slot.
  • The slot details separate who starts at that time from who only occupies it through a buffer or a longer service.

Booking Limits Reorganized

The limits screen in the new dashboard now gathers every limit in a single table.

  • Visible scope: it is clear which schedule or service each limit applies to.
  • Per-client limit on each schedule is available again.
  • Filters by schedule, service, period and type.
  • The schedule settings now also show the account-wide limits.

Per-Screen Help and Setup Checklist

The help button moved to the dashboard top bar and opens the tutorial for the screen you are on, in your language. The “Finish setting up your account” card was redesigned, with the same steps and the option to dismiss it.

Two-Factor Authentication and Account Closure in the New Dashboard

Two-factor authentication and account closure now work inside the new dashboard, without going back to the classic dashboard.

Team Invitations by Email

People added to a team now receive the invitation email, including when they already have an account on the platform. Inviting an email that is already registered also no longer creates a duplicate account for the same person.

Google Calendar Integration

When you remove the Google link, time slots blocked by Google events are freed, bookings imported from Google leave the schedule and the bookings sent to Google are removed from there. The account administrator can now also remove the link from a schedule.

Mercado Pago Payments

  • Payment deadline: reloading the payment screen no longer extends the deadline of an unpaid appointment.
  • Minimum cancellation time for non-payment of 30 minutes, also in per-schedule settings, so an appointment is not cancelled while its payment link is still valid.
  • Unpaid appointments are cancelled within the configured deadline, instead of staying stuck waiting for payment.
  • Recurring schedules can again be created normally in accounts using Mercado Pago, when the schedule does not require payment.

AgendaCoins Balance

The AgendaCoins balance works as prepaid: with a zero balance, features that consume credits are blocked until a new top-up. In the statement, charges appear as outgoing, separate from deposits.

  • Organization footer: the Terms, Privacy and FAQ links only appear when the organization has set its own, so the client does not leave the booking.
  • Custom link: a link built with selected schedules now also works on the new booking screen, taking the client straight to those schedules.

Schedule Settings and Change History

Each schedule card in Configure bookings and the Change History screen got the new dashboard look, keeping tabs, filters and pagination. The calendar now follows the selected language for month and weekday names, and these screens are complete in English, Spanish, German and French.

Fixes and Stability

We fixed the order of days in the weekly hours grid, which started on Sunday, and long schedule descriptions overflowing their card on the booking page. We also resolved dates and times that could fail to appear in some accounts, and the recent activity panel now shows the latest changes, such as the cancellation of an older booking.
