Hello, parents and students of Colegio Sidarta! In this tutorial, we will teach you how to schedule meetings with teachers in a practical and quick way.

Step 1: Access the Platform

Click on the link sent by the school to access the scheduling platform: https://minhaagendavirtual.com.br/accounts/login/
On the login screen, fill in the fields with the following information:
- Email: Use the student’s institutional email (example: aluno@sidarta.org.br).
- Password: The password will be the part of the email before the @ symbol.
  - Example: For the email aluno@sidarta.org.br, the password will be aluno.
Click “Log In” to access the platform.

If you have more than one enrolled child, you will need to access each one’s account to make appointments individually.

Step 2: Make the Appointment

On the home page, click on “New Appointment”.

Then, click the “Schedule” button.

Choose the teacher in the “Schedule” field.
Select the available day and time in the teacher’s schedule.
If needed, use the message field to leave a note or observation for the teacher.

Step 3: Confirm the Appointment

Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Click “Submit” to finalize.

The system will display an appointment confirmation receipt.

To schedule with another teacher, repeat the process by clicking “Click here to track your appointments” again.

Tips and Additional Information

Each student is entitled to 5 appointments per period.
Completed appointments are listed on the home panel.

To access the Google Meet meeting link, click on the corresponding appointment.

If you have more than one enrolled child, follow the steps below to switch between accounts:

Click on the upper right menu and select “Logoff”.
Log in again using the next student’s email and password.

Review and Follow-up

All information about the appointments, including meeting links, will be available on the platform’s panel or in the student’s institutional email.

Now you are ready to organize meetings with the teachers at Colegio Sidarta.
